Discreet Packaging & Age Requirement

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging.
The outside of the package will not display product names, adult product
descriptions, or other information that may reveal the contents of your order.

You must be at least 18 years old and meet all applicable
legal age requirements in your state, country, or jurisdiction to purchase
products from this website. By using this website or placing an order,
you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed and shipped within
24–72 hours after they are placed.

Orders shipped within the continental United States typically arrive within
5–8 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Weather,
holidays, carrier delays, high shipping volume, and other circumstances
beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order.
Once an order enters processing or has been shipped, we may not be able to
update the delivery address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as

We will do our best to make the requested change before shipment, but
address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Customers may be responsible for delays, returned packages, or additional
shipping charges caused by incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses
provided at checkout.

Returned to Sender

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address,
an unclaimed package, an undeliverable address, refusal of delivery,
or another recipient-related issue will be processed after the package
has been returned to and inspected by us.

Eligible orders will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund
Policy. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs may be
non-refundable.

Lost, Misdelivered, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate
it, please first check your mailbox, front door, building reception area,
package locker, garage, and other possible delivery locations. We also
recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and the carrier.

If you still cannot locate your package, please report the issue to us
within 72 hours of the confirmed delivery time by emailing
caixiaonuo88@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and tracking number
so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to help investigate the shipment.
For packages shown by the carrier as successfully delivered but later
reported lost, misdelivered, or stolen, the final resolution will depend
on the tracking information, delivery circumstances, and the carrier's
investigation.

We cannot guarantee a refund or free replacement for every package that
has been confirmed as successfully delivered by the carrier.

If your order was shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS),
you may submit a Missing Mail request through the official USPS website:
USPS Missing Mail.

If a carrier confirms that your package was lost while in transit, please
contact us. We will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate
resolution based on the carrier's findings and your order details.

International Orders

Lubricants and other restricted liquid products cannot be shipped
internationally.

If a gift set, bundle, or other product package contains a lubricant or
another liquid item that cannot be shipped internationally, we may contact
you to replace or remove the restricted item before shipment.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import
taxes, clearance fees, carrier fees, or other charges imposed by the
destination country or region.

Laws and customs regulations regarding adult products vary by country and
jurisdiction. Before placing an international order, it is your responsibility
to confirm that the products you order may legally be imported, purchased,
and possessed in your destination country or region.

If an order is delayed, rejected, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs
because of local laws, import restrictions, failure to complete customs
clearance, or failure to pay applicable duties or taxes, the customer may
be responsible for the resulting costs and losses.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within
24 hours of placing your order at

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. However, because
orders may enter processing and shipping quickly, we cannot guarantee that
every order can be canceled.

Cancellation requests are not processed on weekends.

Once an order has shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. Please follow
our Return & Refund Policy if you would like to return an eligible item
after delivery.

Refund Processing Time

Once an eligible refund has been issued, it typically takes
3–7 business days for the funds to appear in your original
payment account.

Actual processing times depend on your bank, credit card issuer,
or payment provider.
